New bussiness oppertunity for "the brothers"

1.      We had 2 brothers living on the streets who enrolled to join the TLC Independent Living Plan. They spent 6 months reporting to the TLC office every morning for teaching on how to do basic computer skills, dealing with conflict, handling of money, hygiene, applying for ID books and bank accounts and most of all at the end of this teaching and training the opportunity to get a paying job or in their case an opportunity to start their own business, selling talk time vouchers and cell phone starter packs.
