1. TLC Outreach Projects began 14 years ago on the streets (www.tlcprojects.org.za) by our founder Colleen Pietersen and her husband Derek. It has overtime grown to where it is today. TLC Street Ministry is an important part of TLC Outreach Projects. We go onto the local streets weekly in the evenings to minister the word of God to the youth at risk and the homeless. We encourage re-unification with their parents or families. If their families are no-where to be found we encourage them to join the Independent Living Plan
